This leader will have the opportunity to guide the kitchen of a 5-star hotel, contributing to the creation of memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.
As Head Chef, you will be the operational point of reference for the kitchen, working in close contact with the Executive Chef to translate our culinary vision into daily reality.
From brigade management and menu supervision to dish quality and operational sustainability, your contribution will be essential to guarantee excellence, innovation, and consistency with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Operations & Excellence
* Oversee all kitchen operations: restaurants, in-room dining, events, and banqueting.
* Create and refine menus, seasonal proposals, and signature dishes.
* Guarantee quality, presentation, food safety, and process optimization.
* Promote sustainable practices and utilize new management technologies.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead and develop the brigade (Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi, Commis, and Apprentice).
* Train, motivate, and grow the team, contributing to an inclusive and positive environment.
* Promote a professional who leads with empathy, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
Financial & Administration
* Monitor food cost, inventory, recipes, and economic KPIs.
* Collaborate with Procurement, Banqueting, Stewarding, Marketing, and other departments.
