In this role, you lead the ICQA team within a fast-paced fulfillment center to safeguard inventory accuracy and quality. You align operations with network strategies, shaping processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You drive safety, training, and data-driven improvements while coaching a diverse team. * Lead and supervise hourly associates, team leads and data analysts in ICQA
* Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
* Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance, and issue-solving within FC
* Plan shifts, forecast workload, and direct tasks
* Oversee process-improvement projects to boost quality and productivity
* Review KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and analyze data for improvements
* Develop talent by training managers and associates
* Provide leadership during handovers and communicate priorities
Responsabilità
* Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
* Experience in data analysis and working with data sets and tools
* Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
* Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
* Previous experience leading teams
* Experience influencing stakeholders within Ops organization
