This position combines strategic planning, sales, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for accelerating growth with global accounts, enterprise merchants, and strategic partners by leveraging Viva’s comprehensive suite of in‑person and online payment solutions and banking services. With a strong focus on an omnichannel approach, you will identify, develop, and strengthen partnerships to deliver seamless integration of online and in‑person payments within Viva’s unified payment ecosystem. /p pBeyond business development, this role extends into pre‑sales support, customer and partner success, and partner enablement—ensuring smooth adoption, sustained engagement, and continuous revenue growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libGlobal Account Management /b: Drive business development strategies to acquire and grow global accounts in the payments sector banking services. Act as the main point of contact, building long‑term relationships, preparing proposals, business cases, and supporting project implementation with key merchants. /li libSales Revenue Growth /b: Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation and pitching to negotiations and contract finalizations. Achieve or exceed sales and net revenue targets by effectively promoting the company's payment solutions. /li libMarket Strategy /b: Stay informed about global market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the card payments industry. Utilize data analysis to develop strategies that enhance business performance and client satisfaction. /li libCross‑Functional Collaboration /b: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, legal, and IT, to ensure seamless service delivery and address client requirements. Advocate for client interests within the organization to influence product offerings and service enhancements. /li libContract Compliance /b: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations. /li libIndustry Engagement and Networking /b: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and generate new business leads. Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay abreast of developments and identify partnership opportunities. /li libPerformance Monitoring and Reporting /b: Regularly assess and report on the performance of global accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. /li libPartnership Development /b: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including payment operators, central banks, and strategic partners. /li /ul pbAt Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI.
