Ph3Mission /h3 pThe Sales Manager Pneumatech leads the commercial development of Pneumatech solutions across the assigned territory, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth through both direct and indirect sales channels. The role combines strategic sales leadership, technical-commercial expertise, partner development, and people care, with the objective of positioning Pneumatech as the reference brand for high‑value, niche, and energy‑efficient air and gas generation solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Sales Leadership Business Development /h3 ul liAchieve sales targets in quantitative and qualitative terms, aligned with AGE (Air and Gas Application) and CTS (Compressor Technique Service) strategies. /li liTranslate Pneumatech and AGA strategy into actionable local plans, KPIs, and territory segmentation. /li liLead the Pneumatech sales process, applying the principle of presence × success rate to maximize commercial effectiveness. /li liConduct market analysis and segmentation to identify opportunities for quality air and industrial gas solutions. /li liDevelop indirect business through specialized partners, OEMs, system integrators, engineering firms. /li liPromote Pneumatech solutions to dealers and support them throughout the entire sales cycle. /li liActively generate new business with end users, proposing turnkey solutions for compressed air and gas generation. /li /ul h3Team Leadership People Development /h3 ul liTrain, coach, and develop salespeople on technical and commercial competencies, promoting a culture of continuous learning. /li liSupport colleagues in selling air treatment equipment and services across brands. /li liFoster open communication, fairness, respect, and a strong People Care culture. /li /ul h3Technical Project Support /h3 ul liManage projects for air and gas generation systems, coordinating with subcontractors. /li liCollect input data, define sizing, and prepare technical-commercial documentation including layouts, PID, and ROI analyses. /li liSupport commissioning activities and technical audits using measurement devices. /li liMaintain strong collaboration with Compressor Technique Service to ensure long‑term customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Partner Market Development /h3 ul liIdentify and develop partnerships with installers, service providers, OEMs, and engineering firms. /li liDevelop Pneumatech as a reference brand for high‑value and niche applications. /li liSupport marketing initiatives to strengthen brand communication and generate leads. /li liShare leads and opportunities with the Multiair dealer network supporting them. /li /ul h3Reporting Performance Management /h3 ul liEnsure daily CRM usage for activities, opportunities, quotations, and cross‑brand synergies. /li liMonitor KPIs, sales funnel, hit rate, and proactively analyze trends. /li liReport market feedback, competitive insights, and recommendations to management. /li liAct on NPS results to improve customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 h3Required Experience Knowledge /h3 ul liProven experience in technical value sales, preferably in compressed air or related industrial sectors. /li liExperience in customer management and B2B sales. /li liStrong knowledge of quality air markets and industrial gas generation solutions. /li liProficiency in MS Office, Outlook, CRM systems (C4C), and PowerBI; CAD 2D/3D is a plus. /li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level or above. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering. /li /ul h3Personality Requirements /h3 ul liCurious, precise, proactive, and entrepreneurial. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liWillingness to travel extensively (up to 70%). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA collaborative environment based on integrity, ethics, and continuous learning. /li liProfessional growth and development within the Atlas Copco Group. /li /ul pMultiair Italia is a dynamic work environment where initiative and creativity are important and highly valued.
