Who are you: - You have demonstrable experience as a Chinese Specialty chef ( minimum 2 Years) - Can speak Chinese to communicate - Mastered all knowledge and skills of a cook level 4 - You are quality oriented ( compliance with HACCP) - You are a teamplayer - You are stress resistant and are able to switch quickly. - You can work quickly without sacrificing quality.
