In this role you will drive service excellence for PALFINGER MARINE’s cruise segment by coordinating service activities, managing client relationships, and supporting sales and service documentation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand client needs, schedule work, and ensure timely, data‑driven outcomes. The position offers international exposure, hands‑on impact across global marine operations, and opportunities to shape customer experiences and service delivery in a fast‑growing segment.

Responsabilità
* Proven experience managing client accounts or leading projects with a track record of delivering results
* Background in marine engineering or similar technical field is a plus but not essential if quick to learn
* Strong communication and organizational skills to align stakeholders
* Confident with digital tools like CRM systems, Excel, and ERP to stay organized
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel for on‑site client support
