Responsibilities: Plan prospecting activities for the assigned area (Italy); Draw up and monitor the sales budget for the assigned customers and markets, analyzing sales data and business opportunities; Schedule visits to prospective and existing clients within the territory; Oversee every phase of the sale: identify specific needs, prepare quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations, liaising with the Technical Office to define costs and margins; Provide consultancy to customers, designing customized solutions and monitoring their evolution over time.; Update and adjust commercial policies for assigned customers and markets, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements; Conduct follow-up activities, verify customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote repeat business; Report on activities through regular sales reporting; Collaborate with the group sales management for quotations and negotiations; Participate in national and international trade fairs. Requirements: High-school diploma or university degree, preferably in a technical field; 5–7 years’ experience in a technical-commercial role within industrial automation companies; Willingness to travel on a national scale (about 50 % of the time). Fluent written and spoken English. Market orientation, strong communication and negotiation skills, methodical approach, planning ability, initiative, flexibility, and a strong results focus are considered essential requirements.
