PpWe are looking for a BDM, responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing strategic markets for Thermal Care EMEA solutions, with a strong focus on OEMs and industrial end users. The role combines direct new customer development activities with structured support to the existing network of subsidiaries and distributors. /ppThe position will operate under the strategic coordination of the Head Of Sales EMEA. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBusiness Development Opportunity Generation /liliIdentify and develop new strategic markets, applications, and industrial segments /liliGenerate new business opportunities through: /liliAnalyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technological applications /liliSupport the definition of market entry strategies for new segments /li /ulh3Customer Partner Development /h3ulliDevelop commercial relationships with key customers, OEMs, and technical stakeholders /liliSupport and collaborate with subsidiaries and distributors in local business development /liliParticipate in customer visits, technical events, and industry trade shows /liliAct as a technical-commercial reference during early opportunity development phases /li /ulh3Sales Process Contribution /h3ulliManage opportunity development through to order acquisition /liliCoordinate with Sales Engineers, subsidiaries, and distributors during deal execution /liliSupport technical solution definition in collaboration with internal technical teams /liliEnsure alignment with the overall EMEA commercial strategy /li /ulh3Strategic Analytical Contribution /h3ulliContribute to identifying high-potential markets /liliProvide qualitative analysis on pipeline development, market trends, and competitive positioning /liliSupport the definition of commercial priorities and regional growth strategies /liliStrong technical and consultative sales approach /liliHigh level of interaction with technical stakeholders on the customer side /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSelf-motivated and sales target oriented /liliMust be flexible to travel anywhere in Europe /liliGood communication skills (English spoken and written). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
