Role Overview: As an IT Manager, you will lead our key IT initiatives. Your main goal will be to manage and optimize our IT operations, ensuring that our systems are efficient, secure, and support the business needs. You will bring your competence in managing IT teams and overseeing technology projects, with a keen eye on contracts, suppliers, and budgets. Main Responsibilities: - Cybersecurity: Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations. - Technical Support: Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for company staff. - Project Management: Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Contract and Supplier Management: Monitor and manage contracts with IT suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. - Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. - Technological Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency, working with the Digital Transformation team. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to define system configurations, workflows, and project requirements. - Training: Structure and conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and technologies. Requirements: - Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in project management methodologies, including agile approaches. - Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing IT operations and technology projects. Experience in the education and/or travel sector is a plus. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, servant leadership, and time management skills. - Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and proximity to Turin are highly desirable. - Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally internationally.
