Responsibilities
* Develop and manage Energy Storage System (ESS) clients and projects throughout Italy.
* Gather client requirements and collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure comprehensive solutions.
* Analyze competitor solutions, pricing, and market strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Represent Sungrow at national and international fairs and congresses.
* Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market research to inform strategy.
* Achieve yearly sales targets and grow Sungrow's local market share.
Qualifications
* Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field, with an affinity for electrical engineering.
* Bring at least two years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, preferably in the solar or energy storage industry.
* Demonstrate good knowledge of photovoltaics, inverters, and Balance of System (BOS) components, coupled with a strong commercial sales background, ideally in the solar or renewable energy sector.
* Be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); Chinese is a plus.
* Exhibit very good knowledge of MS‑Office and CRM software.
* Show willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
