In this role you will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable process and system solutions.
You will work closely with the Global Business Process Owner and regional teams to design and implement standardized commercial and Order-to-Cash processes across the organization.You will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.Main ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into functional process and system designsAdvise on optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality, focusing on standard (out-of-the-box) capabilitiesRecommend appropriate modules and features based on business needsChallenge and refine process designs to align with system best practicesIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and avoid customizationDefine functional solution designs and hand over to IT Solution Owners and DevelopersSupport ERP implementation and ensure alignment with global standardsCollaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and ITDrive alignment across global and regional stakeholdersRequirements5+ years of experience in functional consulting, ERP implementation, or business transformationFluency in English is a must have (minimum B2+)Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with deep expertise in Sales and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modulesProven experience designing solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and system best practicesExperience in international or multi-entity environmentsDeep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality within the commercial and Order-to-Cash domainStrong expertise in Sales and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modulesUnderstanding of Finance modules is considered an advantageStrong understanding of how Dynamics integrates with CRM and eCommerce platformsAbility to translate business requirements into scalable system-based solutionsAbility to challenge requirements and promote standard-first designAbility to advise on module selection and system design decisions within Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong stakeholder management across business and ITAbility to balance global standardization with regional needsStrong analytical and structured thinkingStrong communication skills to engage and align stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience in apparel, retail, or consumer goodsExperience in large-scale transformation programsGood understanding of Finance modules is a plusWhy should you choose us?If you want to be the heart of a global transformation program, working closely with senior leadership and C‐level stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and shape how the company will operate over the next decade. xivgfpx
