OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / FLORENCE On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Florence: Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations (goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, cash handling) Lead, coach, and schedule the operations team to ensure optimal performance Monitor operational KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, replenishment timing) Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and legal regulations Optimize stock flow between stockroom and sales floor Support visual merchandising to ensure proper product presentation Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets Manage stock counts, inventories, and internal audits Identify and implement process improvements Ensure a high level of customer service through efficient store operations The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: Fluent spoken English and Italian At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands Business driven and detailed oriented Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers Confident, enthusiastic and positive Problem solving
