Sales Area Manager

Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing and developing the business within the assigned product applications/markets.
The role involves ensuring the correct implementation of the commercial strategy, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue objectives set by management for the assigned business perimeter, in compliance with the company's sustainability policies, while promoting the added value of products and services.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring commercial policies and sales conditions, supporting customer service, effectively communicating the added value of products, and managing the internal and external sales network (collaborators, agents, distributors).
Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with 7-10 years of experience in sales roles; preferably with an international mindset and prior experience managing teams.
Fluent English and a second language are required (additional plus).
