Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building contacts, cultivating relationships, and developing sales with support and collaboration with the Sales Director. /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strongbr• Promote and spread benefits messages of iCombi and iVario technology through RATIONAL Cooking Live culinary eventsbr• Increase customer base through customer development within all food service market segments and applicable commercial market segmentsbr• Development and expanding of efficient and long-term partner and dealer networkbr• Increase customer base via developing the Consultant/Designer network for specificationbr• Develop local activities on target group Regional Key Account and coordinate and support the Key Account team and Corporate Chef teambr• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service team to ensure the best support in their own regionbr• Be able to build a strong referral networkbr• Document customer-related information and activity within our Customer Relationship Management systembr• Manage and grow territory volume by pursuing both identified opportunities and creating new opportunitiesbr• Organize daily/weekly/monthly plan, work the plan and follow upbr• Prepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and provide market analysis (sales, activities, dealers, competitors, …)br• Prepare and manage their region’s business plan and annual personal/regional sales budgetbr• Participation in Regional/National Trade shows and sales meetings.
