Job Description
Sentra Energia S.p.A., a direct provider of electricity and gas in the free market, is expanding its commercial structure across the national territory and is seeking to hire 1 Area Manager to join the company.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
1. Creating and managing a sales network in the region.
2. Communicating sales methodologies and guidelines defined by the company to agents.
3. Supporting the sales network with periodic training and mentoring.
4. Motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the Electricity and Gas sector.
* Experience in creating and managing sales networks within utilities.
* Immediate availability and full-time commitment.
* Determination to achieve revenue targets for assigned tasks.

* Monthly fixed salary plus a highly incentivizing variable component based on team and individual performance, including commissions on the team's monthly production and recurring income from the acquired client portfolio in the area.
