Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct audits efficiently and competently as per instructions, our Quality System, or formal client agreements.
2. Promptly contact clients to confirm planned activities.
3. Maintain the independence of the DNV certification scheme at all times.
4. Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent credentials to qualify as a Lead Auditor.
5. Plan and perform audits, report findings, and follow up within agreed timelines and budgets.
6. Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate core competencies.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
8. Contribute to a positive and effective work environment to sustain high morale.
9. Collaborate effectively within teams and support professional development, including timely reviews and goal setting.
10. Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
11. Use auditing tools properly to ensure accurate data management and certification issuance.

Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified as a third-party auditor under primary voluntary schemes related to Management System Certification or equivalent experience.
* APSCA certification for third-party audits, SA8000 qualification, or experience in social audits is preferred.
* Fluent Italian and proficiency in English are advantageous.
* Availability to travel within Italy.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Positive, result-oriented attitude.
* Good organizational skills.
