Grow-talent.com is searching for an Inside Sales Executive with Italian, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Research and identify potential hosts for our clients properties.
* Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media.
* Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability.
* Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
* Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
* Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features.
* Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
* Skilled in researching and identifying potential co-hosts effectively.
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease.
* Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach.
* Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs.
