Reporting to the Commercial Excellence manager you will work with a high level of autonomy, you will be responsible for translating category strategies into powerful commercial plans, ensuring flawless execution across channels and customers in grocery channel.What you will doDefinition of the 360° Commercial Vision & Strategy for wet category, with a focus on areas and channels (shelf, assortment, distribution, promotions, Perfect Store initiatives).Definition of the commercial policy for wet food category in terms of assortment and promotional guidelines, along with tracking of its effectiveness.Structuring periodic reports to track sell‑in and sell‑out data, broken down by area, channel, and customer.Definition and management of the category listing strategy.Support to the Sales team in building customer plans and developing Category Management projects.Support to the Perfect Store team in identifying execution opportunities at point of sale by channel/customer.Collaboration with other functions, particularly Marketing, Finance and sales, for the development of the wet category.What we are looking forMinimum 3-4 years of experience in structured FMCG companies with a background in Trade Marketing and Sales.Degree in Economics (or similar background).Excellent logical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Proactivity, with a hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.An effective communicator, able to engage cross‑functional teams and build strong relationships.What we offerHybrid working modelFlexible working ho
