The Regional Corporate Chef is responsible for the execution of local product initiatives and activities. Main Responsibilities Execution of qualification and auditing of RATIONAL cooking events. Support to NCC for the continuous development of the local sales team. Support to NCC for the management and development of an efficient freelance network. Support to NCC for local implementation of the RATIONAL Customer Lifecycle concept (Academy, Unit introduction, Culinary Schools, ConnectedCooking). Support local activities for Key Account and Sales teams. Application support and development of Key Accounts in collaboration with NCC. Collaborate with the Service team to ensure optimal support within their territory. Network with local chefs, consultants, and relevant industry multipliers. Manage and ensure the highest quality of food at all events. Develop local recipes for ConnectedCooking and manage related training for internal and external employees. Ensure the quality standards of our Training Centers. Continuously train and coach RATIONAL Freelance Chefs. Practical Background Experience as a sous chef. Excellent food and kitchen knowledge. Experience as a teacher in culinary schools is preferred. Additional studies in business administration, nutritional science, or hotel and restaurant management are a plus. Previous experience with RATIONAL units. Experience working with partners/customers is preferred. Strong understanding of customer needs. Outstanding presentation skills and ability to conduct effective training sessions. Proficiency in Italian and English, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel; travel ratio approximately 20/80 between office and travel. Valid driver's license. Personal Qualities Team player with a passion for food and cooking.
