Season: May 25th – August 31st (possible extension until September 15th or shorter contract available)
Opening Hours: Daytime operation (11.00-19.00)
Contract: Italian CCNL Turismo – Waiter level (with overtime & bonuses)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team.
You will deliver attentive, personalized, and high-standard service to an international clientele, ensuring a smooth flow of operations throughout the day.
Your responsibilities include taking orders, guiding guests through our culinary offering, coordinating with runners and bartenders, supporting set-up and closing procedures, and maintaining a luxury service pace aligned with Nikki Beach global standards.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in high-end environments, enjoy guest interaction, and are committed to excellence in every detail.

Prerequisites
* Strong professionalism and refined approach to luxury service
* Ability to create authentic connections with high-end international guests
* Previous experience in luxury restaurants, 5-star hotels, fine dining, beach clubs, or upscale hospitality venues (preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
* Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)
* Personal transportation is preferred due to the location
