Overview
Field Clinical Specialist, Elettrofisiologia - Campania. Remote Eligible: Field Based - Territory: Italy.
The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of Electrophysiology systems during case procedures within an assigned geography (Campania, Puglia and Basilicata). The systems include different sources of energy (Radiofrequency, Cryoablation and Electroporation).
Responsibilities
* Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development for Rhythmia, PolarX and Farapulse.
* Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of Rhythmia, PolarX and Farapulse by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals).
* Attend cases in hospital labs for case support and development efforts of Rhythmia, PolarX and Farapulse systems and components.
* Provide initial and ongoing training and feedback for development teams and sales representatives on Rhythmia, PolarX and Farapulse systems, development processes, products and features, and related procedures.
* Meet with existing and potential clients (physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling to identify clinical needs and discuss how company products can help achieve goals.
* Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
* Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
* Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, EP technology, and the business landscape.
Qualifications
* Preferable 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cardiology area.
* Experience in international markets is a plus.
* Knowledge of the Electrophysiology market is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical and clinical details.
* Fluent in English (B2 or higher); additional language skills are appreciated.
* Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace; strong team player and cross-functional collaborator.
* Self-motivated, able to influence others; flexible, adaptable, but focused and persistent.
* Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
* Based in Campania.
