About the role
We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the healthcare practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both physical and digital healthcare practitioners.
* Identify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices suitable for carrying mindbodygreen supplements based on value alignment and revenue potential.
* Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
* Nurture relationships with targeted practitioners and practices.
* Advise on evolving the practitioner program to be innovative and market-leading, leveraging mindbodygreen’s ecosystem.
* Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products.
* Create templates and systems for responding to FAQs to scale the program.
* Partner with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotion to enhance sales and brand awareness.
* Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification aligned with the brand.
* Work with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.
Requirements
* Results-oriented, proactive, organized, with experience thriving in a remote environment.
* Proven success in supplements sales, preferably 3-5 years in healthcare or wellness industry.
* Understanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletter and social media, is a plus.
* Knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.
* Strong communication skills internally and externally.
* Advanced degree in nutrition or related field is a plus.
