We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Viva.com team in Lombardia as a member of the Client Acquisition Team. You will close sales for card terminals and related services through face-to-face contact with new clients, providing a first-class service aligned to customer needs, and acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region.

What you will do

* Follow up on scheduled appointments, evaluate existing data about prospects, and build rapport by validating their current needs in relation to Viva Wallet offerings.
* Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products / services driven by your understanding of the market.
* Close by selling the group's products / services.
* Schedule to deliver and install the card terminal at client premises.
* Enter and update customer data in the CRM system.
* Provide feedback on contact center appointment quality.
* Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results.
* Undertake relevant training.
* Promote team spirit and learn from colleagues.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of expertise in B2B field sales at mid-senior level management.
2. Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions.
3. Understanding of the retail, hospitality, and card terminal user markets.
4. Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages.
5. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
6. Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability.
7. Strong organizational and diary management skills.
8. Resilient and persistent; able to handle objections.
9. Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially.
10. Bachelor's degree.
11. Computer literacy.
12. Full, clean driving license.
13. Excellent use of Italian and English.
