From the division Sunset Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for Director of Sales & Marketing for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences and Suites project, in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of Milan.
Main responsibilities
Develope and manage sales and marketing goals and strategies in accordance with the METT brand business strategy, aligning it with the annual sales plan and sales objectives to achieve the hotel budgets and maximize revenues.
Handle budgets for miscellaneous sales activities and promotions.
Manage assigned FIT & Leisure Group accounts and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues through existing clientele and prospects.
Identify sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements;
defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
forecasting projected business;
establishing targeted market share.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Analyze overall monthly property performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve short, middle and long term strategies by
