Seller Engagement and Education Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, communication, and innovation in the e-commerce landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing educational content and communication strategies to help sellers understand how our platform works and grow their business within our ecosystem.
You will work closely with various internal teams to improve our platform based on seller feedback, ensuring that our marketplace is always evolving to meet their needs.
* Develop and implement effective seller communication & training approaches to promote platform engagement
* Analyze seller needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist in resolving operational issues encountered by sellers via training and communication
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive product optimization aligning with seller requirements
* Conduct regular market analysis, stay informed about industry trends, and provide market insights and business recommendations to sellers.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing effective relationships with sellers of various sizes via scalable communication ways.
A bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, with other languages such as Chinese being an asset.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in content creation or client education material development and CRM analysis in commercial sectors is preferred.
Please note that this role requires strong business acumen and market understanding, as well as the ability to coordinate resources across departments to drive project progress.
