Job Description:

Powersoft S.p.A. is an Italian based multinational group, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, that counts more than 140 employees. Powersoft is the world leader in the design, production, and commercialization of products and patented solutions for applications in the professional audio field, such as big international shows, concerts, theatres, cinemas, stadiums, airports, train stations, cruises, etc.

In line with with the growth and development of the business, we are further expanding our organization by specifically searching for the figure of an After Sales & Customer Care Specialist L. 68/99. The role will report to the Quality & After Sales Manager.

Role

Front office:

* Management of customer claims with responsibility for internal direction within the organization for resolution and continuous communication on progress with customers
* Management of repair requests and RMA issuance
* Social customer care through monitoring and quick responses on social and multimedia channels regarding After Sales issues

Back Office:

* Constant monitoring of the progress of open orders, document control, identification, and resolution of problems/complaints
* Management of temporary imports
* Entry of spare parts orders and monitoring of order processing
* Entry of customer billing and shipping data related to the After Sales process
* Product registration management
* Verification of product warranty extensions validity
* Preparation of repair reports and statistics

Requirements:

* Education: Degree in electronic engineering or technical subjects
* Language proficiency: Written and spoken English (must-have)
* Experience: at least 3 years in similar roles
* Familiarity with working with management systems/ERP/Sales Force
* Knowledge of tools: office automation applications (must-have)
* Good communication and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization
* Strong organizational skills.
