In this role you own the Italian Sporting Goods Key Accounts portfolio, shaping brand presence and growth within a strategic distribution channel. You’ll lead the account plan, drive market insights, and align initiatives with the broader EMEA GTM strategy. Expect to manage a small multi-market team and execute plans that deliver sales and qualitative targets. You’ll influence partners, elevate in-store brand experiences, and contribute to a sustainable, profitable market position. This is a chance to shape The North Face’s brand future in Italy through strategic partnerships and execution.

Responsabilità
* Deep knowledge of the Lifestyle industry and its distribution in Italy
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate at a strategic level while managing executional detail
* Proven ability to collaborate within a complex matrix organization
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Strong analytical skills and planning ability
* Proactive hands‑on approach
* Fluent in English
* Bachelor or Master in Economics is nice to have but not required
