Every day, more than 4,000 of us are challenging what's possible and making headway to help improve outcomes. /ppThe Account Manager will be responsible for Integra's Neurosurgery product line and solely responsible for sales of these products within a defined territory. The primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will call on multiple call points/specializations with 70% of time spent in the Operating Room. The Account Manager will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with their team to meet regional/corporate financial goals. /ph3Responsibilities /h3olliDevelop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to. /liliAttain quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional manager and senior management. /liliDevelop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year, followed by monthly and quarterly territory reports to achieve sales goals. /liliSupport case coverage and inventory requests by working with peers when needed. /liliCollaborate with AE, NCC, Hydro Specialists. /liliIdentify new business opportunities proactively. /liliIdentify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams. /liliMaintain high levels of technical, product, and disease state knowledge. /liliProvide consultative support in the OR environment based on specific product indications. /liliOperate within defined budgets and adhere to corporate policies and procedures. /liliFollow policies related to the Sunshine Act and other relevant regulations. /liliCoordinate with Quotes Tenders department and Customer Service. /liliPerform sales administrative duties timely and as directed by management. /li /olh3Qualifications / Experience Interpersonal Skills /h3ulliBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; business or science-related degree preferred. /liliMinimum two years of B2B sales experience or similar. /liliExperience in surgical device or medical sales in the same region preferred. /liliTender management experience preferred. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. /liliConfidence in communicating with physicians and surgical personnel. /liliStrong negotiation and selling skills. /liliInterpersonal and political savvy within hospital settings. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
