TXT Group is looking for a Computer Based Training Storyboarder to join our Aerospace&Defence division. Specialists are required to provide technical support in order to define lessons and training materials for CBT (Computer Based Training).
**What you will be responsible for**:
Support the implementation of a computer based trainer;
Courseware development plan;
Courseware style guide;
Lesson structure definition;
Storyboarding.
**This opportunity is intended for those who have**:
General knowledge of avionics systems;
Good storyboading/storytelling skills;
Ability to consult Aircraft Technical Publications and in particular the Flight Manual;
Experience in preparing materials for training purposes.
**Optional Technical Skills**:
Experience in preparing multimedia lessons for computer based pilot trainers;
At least theoretical knowledge of the SCORM standard;
Knowledge of LMS systems.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering.
Proficiency in both written and oral English, excellent communication skills, aptitude for commitment and problem solving, ability to learn new languages and technologies, and attention to detail complete the profile.
Short domestic assignments are possible.
