In this role you lead Priority Banking initiatives to grow AUM and IRev, driving the PBC’s performance and customer experience. You will set strategy, oversee operations, and build a high‑performing team to deliver growth targets. You’ll collaborate across branches and segments to expand high‑net‑worth opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk controls. * Strategically plan and execute Priority Banking initiatives to grow AUM and IRev
* Oversee daily PBC operations for efficiency and profit maximization through sales and marketing execution
* Develop structured sales plans based on resources, market data, and sales force capabilities
* Create a service model that enhances community presence and people/process efficiency
* Engage existing customers and prospects through joint sales calls with Relationship Managers
* Foster teamwork and strong stakeholder relationships across the bank
* Ensure AML, SC Guidelines, and FNSL compliance are strictly observed
* Recruit and build a capable PBC team
* Implement acquisition, referral, and upgrading strategies for Priority Banking customers
* Lead RMs and monitor performance against KRAs and revenue targets
* Coach staff to deliver trained and licensed service and excellent customer experience
* Collaborate with branches and other segments to secure high‑net‑worth referrals and opportunities
* Contribute to the Retail Wealth Management strategy and overall bank targets
* Oversee PBC audit and regulatory compliance aligned with internal policies
Responsabilità
* Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or related field
* Possess relevant certification and licenses in Investment and Bancassurance
* At least 10 years of experience in financial institutions
* 3–5 years managing HNW banking and wealth management sales
* Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Leadership experience with large diverse teams and cross‑functional collaboration
* Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
* Highly motivated and results‑driven
* Ability to develop young talent in wealth management front‑line
