What you will do:
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing
Be the commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients with strong growth potential
Lead upsell and renewal strategies (biennial/triennial contracts)
Monitor key KPIs (ARR and GAR) to drive performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client sponsors (CFOs and key stakeholders)
Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clients
Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in critical situations
Provide value-added consulting on cash flow management
Collaborate with the Product team to share relevant customer feedback
