As the Commercial Capabilities Manager, you will have an amazing opportunity to drive continuous improvement of the Commercial Team capabilities across Italy and Portugal.
You will be creating the legacy of Bacardi acting as a key catalyst to develop commercial execution excellence across Italy and Portugal.
You will be an integral part of the Commercial team and the EUROC Commercial Development community working closely with them to identify and prioritize the Commercial capability agenda to support delivery of the Commercial strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role your responsibility will be to :
* Drive the continuous improvement of the sales capabilities to drive the sales and add value to the business by leading the development and delivery of commercial capability building in Italy and Portugal. You will embed best in class capabilities by delivering an effective, sustainable approach.
* Create, align and execute cross-functional processes, tools & capabilities, fine tuning and developing specific assets.
* Build, introduce and leverage commercial strength framework, delivering best practice training and coaching top talent to succeed in their development areas.
* Provide tools to enable & lead qualitative and aligned Commercial Team Assessment, while challenging the programs to be best in class.
* Lead the Learning Roadmap & Trainings and own the development and implementation of training strategies together with other functions to ensure the commercial team within Italy and Portugal is well equipped with best-in-class knowledge (sales, data using, KPIs setting, trends, finance etc.)
* Support the delivery of year-on-year improvements in Commercial capabilities.
* Build industry revered advocacy capabilities that drive value growth ahead of the industry in the On-Trade.
* Support and enable Field Sales Managers to become effective coaches to develop and build capabilities in their teams.
* Lead a strategic approach and all efforts to capitalize legacy, maximizing visibility and engagement with our brands considering digital amplification will play a key role.
* Coordinate and execute all capability programs for Europe and specifics for Italy and Portugal while supporting recognition programs and awards.
* Deliver quality training and coaching to local sales, other departments and 3rd parties concerned with advocacy, finance, coaching, tools, etc educating them to transform it into action.
* This role is varied and while based in the office, a large percentage of your time will be interacting with the local market teams. As a result, you can expect to be travelling to stay connected to all stakeholders. If required, you will support other markets within Europe to close capability gaps.
SKILLS
To be successful in this role :
1. Experience of leading a team or being part of a Capability team in a FMCG company.
2. You have commercial experience and tangible experience with learning & development (also finance experience would be preferable)
3. You understand learning and people development strategies and you have experience of having worked in an organization where commercial capability was a key company strength.
4. Demonstrable track record of performance in previous role mainly in the On Trade Channel.
5. You have strong analytical skills and ability to manage end-to-end processes; You have conducted and managed projects at a regional and market level and have gained experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders within the matrix. You are project positive attitude with history of dependability, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and results oriented.
