Update the local organization on product dynamics taking care of the alignment among functions and Lenze Selection’s global business strategy. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliPromote Lenze Selection products through Direct Sales, Agents and Distribution, ensuring sales, profitability and customers satisfaction /liliBoost relationships with existing clients and develop potential clients to expand market share /liliRecognize products’ evolution at global level, share info with local sales network and transform local demand into solutions /liliShare with local sales tea, and Lenze Selection network significant and success applications /liliIn collaboration with Marketing Dept., share and verify technical and commercial information and support marketing activities for Italian market /liliResponsible for defining and checking Target and Forecast for the referred competence area, monitor systematically KPIs and recommend improving actions /liliResponsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of data entered in CRM /li /ulpQualifications: /pulliBachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering /liliAt least about 3 years’ experience in Sales inside technical area or as Area Manager, preferably in Multinational Companies active in mechanical business /liliStrong Technical skills in drive components for machines and installations (brakes, clutches, couplings, torque limiters, geared motors, gearboxes) /liliSales knowledge, negotiation techniques and customer orientation /liliStrong communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit /liliFocused and goal-oriented /li /ulpLenze is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
