About the Role:
As a Junior Brand Manager for Kinder Cioccolato, Tronky, Duplo, Brand Social Responsibility, and Kinder Joy of Moving, you will be part of the Kinder Marketing Team and contribute to the success of some of our most iconic brands in the in-between meals segment. You will actively support brand growth, positioning, and visibility through the implementation of a full 360° marketing strategy that includes ATL and BTL activities, communication, promotions, and digital touchpoints. You will also take a leading role in managing and developing initiatives linked to brand social responsibility and Kinder Joy of Moving, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and long-term goals.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the planning and execution of the brand strategy across the full marketing mix—working on consumer targeting, pricing strategies, and long-term brand planning. You will conduct sell-in and sell-out data analysis, monitor stock levels and market performance, and turn insights into action. Collaborating closely with the Market Research & Media team, you will identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions where needed.
In the area of communication and advertising, you will contribute to the definition of strategic directions and develop briefs for creative agencies. You will evaluate the performance of media campaigns using both qualitative and quantitative tools and be involved in the full cycle of campaign development—from idea to execution.
Your responsibilities will also include managing the advertising and reative budget, tracking costs, and ensuring alignment with financial targets. You will help define sales and promotional plans across different formats, coordinating yearly activities across touchpoints.
A key part of your role will be leading and coordinating the communication, events, and project development related to Brand Social Responsibility and Kinder Joy of Moving. You will be involved in stakeholder management, aligning internal and external partners to ensure consistency and impact.
Who we are looking for:
You bring with you a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or Trade & Shopper Marketing. You are equipped with strong analytical thinking and a strategic mindset, allowing you to navigate data confidently and turn it into impactful brand actions.
You contribute your experience in working across 360° marketing plans, from ATL and BTL campaigns to budget and cost control. You're comfortable building long-term brand plans and developing activation calendars that respond to both market trends and brand strategy.
You're fluent in both Italian and English, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions). You understand what it takes to manage multiple projects and can collaborate across teams and stakeholders with clarity and purpose.
