Your Role
We are searching for a Sales Area Manager Distributors to drive revenue growth and manage credit within assigned territories. This role involves developing business plans, scouting new distributors, and ensuring the effective application of sales processes and marketing tools.
Your Impact
* Responsible for revenue growth and credit management in assigned multi-segment territories.
* Develop and execute country business plans, including market analysis, competition analysis, and Technogym market share development plans.
* Identify and map strategic key accounts in assigned territories, develop business plans for their growth in collaboration with the distributor, and maintain direct relationships.
* Scout for new distributors in assigned territories, propose new partnerships aligned with structuring and development needs, and manage the initiation of new relationships as necessary.
* Ensure proper management of the GSN sales process through CRM usage (visits, opportunities, offers, orders, collections).
* Ensure the correct application of sales conditions, distribution contracts, and the proper use of Technogym marketing and branding tools (marketing tools, promotions/campaigns), adhering to Brand Identity guidelines.
* Coordinate the transfer of processes, competencies, and culture to distributor organizations, facilitating a many-to-many communication approach.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
What you should bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on distributor management and international markets
* Strong ability to negotiate sales deals
* Proficient in providing consultative support
* Solid understanding of business principles and practices
* Awareness and understanding of international business cultures
* Knowledge of drivers across multiple business segments
* Proficiency in financial analysis
* Fluency in English
