In this role you will design and execute local marketing campaigns for theatrical releases in Italy, aligning with the Head of Theatrical Marketing, Italy. You’ll blend analytics with creative direction to optimize audience engagement and drive box office performance. You will lead localization efforts, manage budgets and cross-functional collaboration with international teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. This position offers a chance to shape local strategy within a global entertainment framework, using innovative activations to elevate Italian audiences.

• Strategy & Planning: manage budgets;
  develop local strategies and activation plans for Italian releases;
  analyze market trends and audience insights;
  set local KPIs with management;
  drive audience engagement innovations.
• Creative Execution: provide creative direction for Italy;
  oversee localization and brand consistency;
  coordinate with international teams and external partners;
  manage relationships with creative vendors.
• Media & Collaborations: plan and optimize media for Italy;
  work with media agencies;
  foster brand and media collaborations;
  align with International Media lead on best practices.
• Stunts & Activations: lead special projects/events to raise awareness;
  manage external agencies and local campaign execution.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Content Marketing Manager, Italy;
  coordinate with distribution, PR, digital, and international teams;
  ensure theatrical visibility through distribution channels;
  provide creative leadership and inspire innovation.
