WSS Expansion Sales Specialist

The Role:

This role involves identifying customer needs for legacy Evoqua ISS products (now WSS Expansion), offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, promoting products to existing clients, and developing market opportunities with a focus on up- and cross-selling. Collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams, especially European stakeholders, is essential to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage existing and new prospects.
2. Identify market potential, qualify accounts, and prioritize based on strategic plans.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Schedule and conduct sales appointments.
5. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate WSS Expansion products and solutions.
6. Prepare quotations and tenders, and follow up accordingly.
7. Serve as the local contact for commercial issues during projects.
8. Align product offerings with customer needs, delivering compelling value propositions.
9. Manage customer funnel strategies across channels.
10. Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer feedback.
11. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
12. Maintain accurate CRM records of opportunities, contracts, and communications.
13. Collaborate with third-party contractors when necessary to support mutual goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years in a similar role with comparable products or within the technical sector; industrial experience is a plus.
* Affinity with technical products, especially in wastewater or water treatment, is advantageous.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
