For an innovative fintech company revolutionizing the investment industry, I'm looking for a Business Development Manager that can start up the Italian market.
The Role
In this role, you will help drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and supporting the expansion of our B2B solutions. You will play a key role in connecting market needs with brand's innovative fintech and AI products.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to develop new opportunities, support commercial initiatives, and contribute to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for company's products and services
Research target markets, industries, and potential clients
Build and manage relationships with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders
Support outreach activities (email, calls, networking, events, partnerships)
Qualify leads and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align client needs with company's solutions
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business materials for potential clients
Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate updates in CRM systems
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Contribute to growth strategies, commercial initiatives, and partnership development
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management
Experience working in a B2B environment
Strong interest in technology, fi ntech, or digital products
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities

Confidence in presenting ideas and speaking with different stakeholders
