Transfer Oil S.p.A., a reference company in the high pressure thermoplastic flexible hose sector and strongly oriented to exports with its three foreign branches (two in Asia and one in North America), is looking for a Sales Area Manager for its sales team.\nThe resource is asked to promote the company's turnover, looking after its reputation and operating in line with objectives and targets. Specifically, we expect he/she will:\n\nEnsure the planning and implementation of sales and promotion activities within the assigned areas;\nMaking customers as well as prospects calls, both at management request and/or on one's own initiative, presenting the company and promoting its values;\nParticipating at trade fairs and seminars in the sector, in order to maintain and expand the existing sales network, identifying new business opportunities and new opportunities for discussion;\nActively participate in the definition of commercial policies, from the study of a product to customer segmentation and the orientation of promotional activities;\nSupport the drafting of commercial documentation such as catalogues and direct mailings.\n\nAll this, ensuring compliance with existing procedures and promoting continuous improvement within the function.\nThe candidate will report directly to the Area Coordinator Manager and, in the performance of his/her duties, will actively liaise with all teams within the company.\n\nFor the sought position, the candidate should ideally meet the following requirements:\nExcellent knowledge of the English language. Any other languages, depending on the area assigned, will be considered a premio;\nAptitude for negotiation and entrepreneurial approach;\nAvaiable to travel, even outside and/or over several days;\nCommercial experience of at least 7 years.
