We value your unique perspective and offer a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. /ppbJob Scope /b /ppUnder the direction of the Corporate Marketing Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of campaigns for growth of market share in all markets requested related to the product lines assigned. This role will also support the development of new assay projects carrying the voice of customers and KOL’s. /ppbKey Duties and Responsibilities /b /polliDevelops and leads the marketing strategy for their franchises responsibility. /liliLeads the development of material and messaging to support the marketing strategy. /liliTrack and monitor performance to ensure achievement of financial objectives. /liliServes as the subject matter expert for the commercial teams and training programs. /liliPerform market research and analysis. /liliCompetitive intelligence and positioning. /liliMarket size and share positions. /liliCoordinate with product development teams in establishing design goals/product updates to ensure we deliver the right product based on customer needs. /liliWork with project leaders and technical staff to monitor development progress and obtain customer feedback as needed. /liliParticipate in the marketing planning process (mid/long term) through involvement in budgeting capital analyses and continuous improvement. /liliOther duties may be assigned based on department (as regulatory affair) or company business needs. /li /olpbEducation, Experience, and Qualifications /b /ppBachelor’s degree in Science (Medicine, Biology or Biotechnology) or Marketing, PhD is preferred. /pp3+ years of IVD marketing experience with in-vitro Diagnostic products and experience managing the launch of at least 1 IVD Product. /ppbPreferred: /b /pulliMarketing experience including preparation of product support materials, including technical and advertising content. /liliDiagnostics sales experience. /liliProject management experience. /liliLaboratory experience (i.e. lab tech). /li /ulpExcellent presentation skills and capability, both in preparation and delivery of information. /ppTrack record of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, both internal (i.e. Commercial Regional teams) and external (i.e. customers). /ppDemonstrates strong analytical, financial and technical competencies. /ppExperience in preparation of technical reports and product specification information. /ppDemonstrates ability to identify, plan and develop marketing campaigns based on strategic goals and initiatives. /ppScientific background sufficient to understand/explain product characteristics. /ppKnowledge of regulatory environment in which products are sold and regulatory rules as they apply to regulatory agencies such as FDA and IVDR. /ppKnowledge of the IVD industry. /ppMulticultural skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments. /ppNative English speaker or high proficiency in English. /ppProficiency in Italian and other foreign languages is highly desirable. /ppLocation: Bresso (MI)/ Saluggia (VC), Italy – Hybrid work /ppDiasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
