Main ResponsibilitiesFull Account Lifecycle Management: End-to-end management of assigned client relationships, from initial acquisition to long-term retention and development.
New Business & Inside Sales: Proactively identify new prospects or be assigned by the Head of Global Channels function, within the Hospitality sector, through structured cold calling and emailing to convert leads into concrete opportunities.
Multi-channel Execution: Manage sales across various corporate channels (Direct, Distributors, Partners), ensuring commercial consistency and landing of the main projects (Airlines & Cruises).Cross-selling & Portfolio Expansion: Analyze current client needs to propose complementary solutions from the Group's ecosystem, increasing the "wallet share" per account.
