We are looking for an ECLSS & TCS Equipment & Piping Engineer.

Responsibilities
* Perform a subset of hardware engineering activities applicable to Thermal Engineering.
* Analyse and define the thermal needs using methods such as advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models and prototypes.
* Describe the thermal functions and requirements and formalise the thermal specification and architectural design to develop the hardware solution or product.
* Identify critical development problems and assist in their resolution.
* Write timely and technically accurate reports of technical findings.
* Participate in thermal testing activities and correlate analysis with test results.
* Validate thermal compliance of systems and components with respect to the Group’s standards.
* Design and develop effective cooling systems for reliable operations and identify ideas to improve designs.
* Collaborate with other domains to ensure an integrated and robust thermal solution.
Qualifications and Competencies
* You have a strong technical background in mathematics, science, and computer science, with knowledge of thermal laws, norms and standards.
* You master thermal technology and associated control components (HP, MLIs, radiators, coatings, thermal interface materials and passive EEE parts such as heaters and thermistors), tools, methods and processes (e.g., Ansys Icepak, Ansys Fluent, Mentor Flotherm).
* Experience with thermal models, junction temperature, thermal resistance and electronics cooling.
* Experience with thermal tests such as Temperature, Humidity, Salt fog and Pressure tests.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with curiosity and determination for complex issues.
* Ability to multitask and manage several projects while meeting deadlines.
