Sales Manager Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development: Establish a channel system in MOVA Italy, including agents, secondary KA and OEM customers, etc.
2. Market Funds Utilization: Use market funds to formulate product and price strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
3. Distributor Optimization: Optimize the distributor system to ensure the supply of channel inventory, maintain market order, and ensure the profitability of partners.
4. Sales Strategy Formulation: Develop sales strategies according to company requirements, formulate quarterly/annual goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems and management systems, rationally allocate company resources, and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
5. Regional Sell-in and Sell-out Management: Manage regional sell-in and sell-out activities to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor degree in marketing, sales management, or related majors. Preference given to candidates with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, and other fields.
2. Work Experience: More than five years of relevant local work experience, familiar with the Italian markets, and have relevant integrated marketing success stories.
3. Skills: Strong market development and sales capabilities, ability to withstand pressure, and deep working experience in the past.
4. Leadership Skills: Good interpersonal resources, ability to develop interpersonal resources, team leadership experience, and project development experience.
