With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a/an:Sales Analyst/CRM Intern RESPONSABILITIES - Data Analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and insights. - CRM Management:maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. - Reporting: generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making. - Market Research: conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Support Sales Team: assist the sales team with Salesforce updating and other administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS - Bachelor's/master’s degree in management engineering or economics - Good knowledge of the English languag - Strong ability to analyze data - Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and data analysis tools (Excel) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting - Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members LOCATION:Cambiano (Turin) Only profiles that meet the above requirements will be considered.
