Pre-Sales Engineer / Senior Solution Engineer
Location: Italy (Rome – hybrid, travel required)

Compensation: Base: €80K – €85K; OTE: €115K (uncapped), ***** split
Responsibilities
Own the technical sales cycle across Italy, supporting both direct and partner-led opportunities
Drive technical validation, solution design, and deal progression
Act as trusted advisor to partners and end customers, serving as technical closer, enabler, and problem solver
Work closely with MSPs and partners to support pipeline generation and deal execution
Lead technical discovery, demos, and workshops
Support partner-led sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise customers
Run proof-of-concept and technical evaluations
Assist with RFPs and complex deal cycles
Serve as the technical voice within key opportunities
Qualifications
Relevant experience in ITMSP/MSSP ecosystem with a strong background in backup, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions is required. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English are essential. Proven track record in pre-sales, solution design, and technical engagement with MSPs or service providers is highly desirable.
