Front of House ManagerResponsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of all banqueting operations, providing excellent and personalized guest experiences, and leading and coordinating the banqueting teams. Reports to Restaurant Manager.Main Duties & Responsibilities Organize and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or F&B; Manager.Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures.Inventory and requisitions – assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries, avoiding waste.Strong communication skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members.Fluent in Italian and English. Third language preferred.
