Identify and grow new business opportunities Handle InDesign responsibilities with partners/distributors by proposing the best commercial and technical solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements and ensure compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
Monitor customer needs and relevant industry standards and certifications.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong technical and commercial background in the electronics, aerospace, defense, telecom, or industrial sectors. A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred).
~8–10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within connectors, electromechanical components, or components.
~ Experience in Defense or Space, Aerospace, Telecom, Test & Measurement (Medical, Quantum, Industrial) is highly valued.
~ Fluent in Italian and English (native or near-native); additional languages such as French are a plus.
~ Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
~ Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and from the office.
