At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar roleProfessional English proficiency (C1+): you must be fully capable of working, brainstorming, and presenting projects in EnglishProven experience with automotive campaignsA creative mind with a flawless pen—you can come up with big ideas and creative platforms, but you're not afraid to get your hands dirty with headlines and radio scriptsStrong knowledge of current advertising trends and best practicesA passion for the motorbike world: you don't need to be a biker, but you must understand the culture and feel close to the communityLast but not least, you're a team player—we value great talent, not big egos
