The role:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth, optimizing marketing strategies, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. This role involves analyzing business processes and finances, implementing business plans, and establishing effective networks.
Responsibilities:
* Analyzing Business Operations: Evaluate and expand business operations to drive sustained growth.
* Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
* Sales and Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
* Market Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to gain an increased market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
* Client Relationships: Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
* Business Negotiations: Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Qualifications:
* A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 7 years’ experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
* Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
* Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
* Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency both in Italian and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Innovation: Propose creative solutions.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is also beneficial.
* Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation.
* Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.
Travel: 75% of the time across the country, especially the northern part of Italy.
