- Be the main contact to solve technical issues
- Support our customers during installation, maintenance and repair of their hyperchargers

Your Qualifications & Skills
- Technical background or experience in technical customer support
- Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking
- Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of working
- Willingness to work in different shifts
- Good communication skills in English in speaking and writing, a 2nd language is a plus (German, French, Spanish)
